Inner Hebrides

The Isle of Arran is in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland. Even though large numbers of people visit the island year after year few visit any of the other islands in the group. The Isle of Skye is, most probably, the most popular vacation destination and the Isle of Mull generates a great deal of interest (for whale watching and trips over to the Isle of Iona) but even fewer take the small amount of extra effort to visit the unique islands of the Outer Hebrides / Western Isles.
